The trick is to find people they work well for and especially the most vulnerable in West Virginia, those without health insurance, or those who can have health insurance without behavioral health benefits. What we hope is to be able to provide some tools or advice, not only to clinicians, but to people in the general population on which tools work best and which ones work best for certain types of people in order to people be encouraged to reach out, use these tools and get advice.
